Winter sports on the Feuerkogel are attractive because it is a family ski area with perfectly groomed slopes, is well suited for beginners and returners and offers a great panoramic view. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there are also snowshoe and ski touring opportunities and a modern snow-making system for guaranteed snow.

The ski area is clearly arranged and therefore ideal for families and children, and the "Dragon Park" for the little ones is also a highlight. The slopes are well groomed and offer ideal conditions for beginners and those who want to start winter sports again. The high plateau offers an impressive 360-degree panoramic view of the Dachstein and the lake region of the Salzkammergut. A new, modern snow-making system ensures safe snow and skiing pleasure, even with less natural snowfall.
Varied activities
In addition to the classic slopes, there are also marked snowshoe trails and ski touring routes for all levels of difficulty. Modern lifts, cosy huts with sun terraces, a ski and snowboard school and ski rental round off the offer.

The Feuerkogel offers signposted ski touring routes for beginners as well as challenging, ungroomed runs and deep snow variants. From the tours you can enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the Dachstein and the lake region of the Salzkammergut.
